Improving communication, resolving power/control issues and developing assertiveness are all important in resolving interpersonal conflicts. Anxiety and depression are increasingly experienced in today's world and I want to help individuals find ways to beat the odds. Relaxation, visualization, and mindfulness are assets in dealing with anxiety, depression, and daily frustration. Learning to recognize triggers for distressing emotions and resolving those triggers are important aspects of my work. Guiding individuals to reassess memories and to reassess their concepts of self are often important steps to a more satisfying life.
